1. Indicative information only

LandLogic Parcel Lookup is an indicative visual-reference tool only. It is not a survey, cadastral plan, title search, legal record, valuation, legal advice, planning advice, or representation of property boundaries.

2. Do not rely on it for legal or financial decisions

Do not use this service, its maps, exports, title numbers, locations, areas, lot numbers, development names, real-estate information or other information as the basis for buying, selling, leasing, financing, valuing, subdividing, surveying, developing land, determining rights, or resolving a dispute.

3. Official verification is essential

Users must independently verify relevant information through appropriate official Vanuatu land, survey, registry, planning and other authorities, and through qualified legal, surveying, valuation and other professional advisers where appropriate.

4. Errors, omissions and currency

Information may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, wrongly matched, displaced, simplified, generalised or unavailable. Parcel boundaries may not align exactly with aerial photography, streets, satellite imagery or other base maps. LandLogic does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, suitability or currency.

5. No ownership or boundary representation

Display of a parcel, title number, outline or location does not confirm ownership, leasehold rights, customary land ownership, customary land boundaries, customary land dispute status, boundary position, area, access, occupation, possession, development rights or any other legal interest.

6. Real-estate information

Sale and rental information is collected from third-party sources and may be inaccurate, stale, withdrawn, changed, incorrectly classified or linked to the wrong parcel. It is not an offer, recommendation, valuation, agency representation or confirmation that a property is available.

7. Exported maps and images

PDFs, JPEGs and social images are generated from the same indicative information. They must retain LandLogic branding and the indicative-map notice. They must not be edited, presented or described as an official plan, survey or title document.

8. Proper use and security

Users must not scrape, copy in bulk, reverse-engineer, republish, resell or distribute LandLogic data, parcel boundaries or imagery; create a competing dataset or mapping service; share login codes; interfere with the service or security controls; or use the service unlawfully or in a way that may harm LandLogic, landowners, agencies or other users.

9. Account access

Access is personal and may be suspended or removed at any time. LandLogic may monitor reasonable usage and investigate suspected misuse, security incidents or breach of these conditions.

10. External services

The service uses third-party maps, imagery, real-estate websites and other external services. LandLogic is not responsible for their availability, content, accuracy, terms or privacy practices.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Vanuatu, LandLogic is not liable for loss, damage, cost, claim or decision arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this service or its outputs.

12. Changes and contact

LandLogic may change, suspend or withdraw the service, data, access rules or these conditions at any time. Questions or suspected errors should be reported to LandLogic before acting on the information.
